Shared legal and building control services between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Borough Councils are being discussed by councillors. Improved service resilience and cash savings could be some of the key benefits of the two proposals which are being considered at Cheltenham's cabinet meeting on Tuesday 23 June and to Tewkesbury's executive meeting on Tuesday 30 June.
